Egypt: Settlement freeze first step to normal Israel-Arab ties
A construction freeze in West Bank settlements would make most Arab states more inclined to move toward normalization of ties with Israel, Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit said Tuesday.
