Murder at the checkpoint; death of Jlem man not "security related"

Bethlehem – Ma’an – Walid Rabi At-Tawil, shot and Tuesday by Israeli forces near the Beta Illit checkpoint, was not the consequence of the 27-year-old failing to stop when ordered, but rather a planned ambush that abused the power Israeli soldiers wield over Palestinian travelers.
